Does "Patent pending" mean the same thing in every country, or only where I filed?

"Patent pending" only applies in the countries where you've actually filed. If you've only filed in one jurisdiction, you can't claim patent pending status for markets where no application is on file. Check with your Lightbringer contact if you're expanding into new markets and want to understand your options.
