What does “we take legal responsibility” mean?
On the Pro and Growth plans, we're your representative of record on what we file. Growth adds signed recommendations on what not to file.
What counts as a patent family?
One invention and all of its filings. The same invention filed in the US and in Europe is one family, not two.
Can I start small and move up later?
