As Co-founder and CTO, I’m excited to share insights into our product development journey throughout 2024—a truly groundbreaking year for our team and platform. Over the past year, we’ve achieved several remarkable milestones, and I’ve narrowed it down to three key highlights that I believe stand out.
Looking back, it's great to see the progress we have made. We started the year with just two product developers, and I'm happy to say we've grown into a team of seven incredibly talented contributors. Each team member brings unique expertise and perspective to our mission of transforming patent protection through technology.
Our commitment to rapid development meant we released new software every week throughout the year. This pace allowed us to deliver over 40 significant features to our users, each one designed to make patent protection more accessible and efficient. The consistent rhythm of releases helped us maintain momentum while staying responsive to user feedback and evolving needs.

We've all been there – searching through countless emails for the latest draft, wondering if everyone has seen the most recent feedback, or trying to piece together scattered comments from multiple stakeholders. This back-and-forth over email isn't just inefficient; it's also not a secure way to handle company secrets. Our new Collaboration & Comments feature transforms this experience by creating a unified space for teamwork during invention disclosure and patent drafting.

In these time-critical situations, the streamlined collaboration ensures that inventors and patent specialists can work together efficiently without the usual delays of email chains.
2. Illustration Assistance
Creating effective patent illustrations can be tricky for inventors who may not be familiar with what patent offices expect or what makes an illustration truly valuable for a patent application. Our new illustration assistance feature helps inventors through this process by providing advice on what types of drawings will best support their patent claims and technical descriptions.
This AI-powered tool helps by:
Recommending which aspects of the invention should be illustrated
Ensuring the drawings align with the written description
Making it easier to explain technical concepts visually
This tool has been particularly transformative for engineering teams who can now focus on innovation rather than wrestling with technical drawings and descriptions.
3. Idea Generation
Innovation rarely happens in isolation—often, the process of describing one invention leads to insights about related possibilities.
Our idea generation feature helps teams:
Capture and organize related ideas during the invention disclosure process

Build a repository of future innovation opportunities
