We’re building a modern brand in a traditionally conservative industry, and content plays a central role in that mission.

We’re now looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and take ownership of our content marketing and visual storytelling. Location: Lightbringer HQ, Malmö, Sweden.

The role

This is a hands-on, end-to-end content leadership role with real ownership. You will play a central role in how Lightbringer communicates and preform in organic channels (website, social media, and SEO).

You’ll work closely with our internal teams to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and credible content for our ideal customers.

What you’ll do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy tailored to Lightbringer’s ICP (founders and leadership teams at growing tech companies).
  • Own and grow our organic social media presence, with a strong focus on engagement, relevance, and brand authority.
  • Design, build, and optimize landing pages that convert traffic into qualified inbound leads.
  • Create on-brand visual assets for our website, social channels, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand our offering and translate complex information into accessible, compelling content.
  • Build scalable and efficient content workflows, including practical use of AI tools for ideation, drafting, repurposing, and performance analysis.
You might thrive in this role if you:
  • Have experience leading content strategies across web, social media and SEO, and understand how they work together.
  • Have strong visual design and brand instincts, with hands-on experience in tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Are comfortable automating and scaling content workflows, including practical use of AI tools.
  • Can demonstrate a strong portfolio of on-brand content and visual assets across web, social, and paid channels.
  • Have 3–5 years of experience in a content marketing or social media role.
  • Have hands-on experience with SEO tools and CMS platforms.
How success is measured
  • Build a strong, consistent brand presence across web and social channels.
  • Drive growth in organic traffic, engagement, and qualified inbound leads.
  • Improve conversion rates on key landing pages and content-driven entry points.
  • Establish efficient, scalable content workflows, supported by AI tools.
  • Demonstrate a clear contribution of content to sales conversations, pipeline, and revenue over time.
  • Increase Lightbringer’s brand authority and visibility within the tech and startup ecosystem.
